Where can I buy custom 3D letters?
Directly here at Letter Paradise. Design your lettering in the online editor, add it to the cart and check out. Every order is 3D-printed to your specification in Germany.
How much do 3D letters cost?
The end price is calculated live in the editor from text length, height, depth, material and quantity, starting from around EUR 4.99. A 5% volume discount is applied automatically on larger orders. All prices include German VAT.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Credit/debit card and SEPA via Stripe, PayPal, and cryptocurrency via Coinbase Commerce.
What are the shipping costs and delivery time?
Shipping within Germany is a flat EUR 4.99, free for orders over EUR 25.00. Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days after payment, in exceptional cases up to 15.
Can I return custom letters?
Because every item is custom-made, the statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies once production has started (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB). Damaged items are replaced free of charge — just contact support.
