How long does production take?
The Terms estimate delivery at 5–10 business days after payment. Individually made products can take up to 15 business days in exceptional cases.
Do you support returns?
The right of withdrawal does not apply to letters made to your specifications. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected; see the Terms and Conditions for details.
