General Terms and Conditions

§1 Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) through the Letter Paradise online shop operated by Hermann Fischer, Merianstr. 10, 75015 Bretten, Germany.

§2 Conclusion of Contract

By placing an order, you make a binding offer. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email.

§3 Products

Our products are individually manufactured 3D-printed letters and text in various materials (PLA, PETG, ABS, ASA) according to your specifications. Due to the individual manufacturing process, slight deviations between the screen display and the finished product may occur.

§4 Prices & Payment

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Payment is due immediately upon conclusion of the contract. Shipping costs are clearly displayed before completing the order.

§5 Payment Methods

We offer the following payment methods:

  • Credit card and SEPA direct debit via Stripe
  • PayPal
  • Cryptocurrency via Coinbase Commerce

§6 Delivery & Shipping

The estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days after receipt of payment, unless otherwise stated. Since our products are individually manufactured, delivery times may in exceptional cases be up to 15 business days.

§7 Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

Exception to the Right of Withdrawal: The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized (§ 312g para. 2 no. 1 BGB). Since our 3D-printed letters are individually manufactured to your specifications, withdrawal is excluded once production has begun.

§8 Warranty

The statutory warranty period of two years from delivery applies. In the case of justified defect claims, you are first entitled to subsequent performance. If subsequent performance fails, you may demand a price reduction or withdraw from the contract.

§9 Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body or health. In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of a material contractual obligation (cardinal obligation) and only in the amount of the foreseeable, contractually typical damage.

§10 Applicable Law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
