How do I create custom 3D letters?

Use the online editor to enter your text, choose a font, size, color, and material, then add your design to the cart.

Which fonts and materials can I choose from?

The editor shows the fonts and materials currently available for your design; this selection can change.

Can I preview my design before ordering?

Yes. The editor shows a live 3D preview and updates the price as you change your design.

How long does production and delivery take?

The Terms estimate delivery at 5–10 business days after payment; individually made products can take up to 15 business days in exceptional cases.

Can I return a custom-made item?

The right of withdrawal does not apply to letters made to your specifications. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected; see the Terms and Conditions for details.
